Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a high-performing workshop team? As our Workshop Foreman, you’ll be the driving force behind a busy, dynamic environment – keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide mechanical support and mentorship to a skilled team of qualified and apprentice technicians
- Coordinate and monitor services and repairs to ensure efficiency and quality
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and revenue
- Carry out service, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural machinery
- Diagnose and interpret machine faults with precision using diagnostic tools
- Review and finalise job cards for accurate documentation
Who We’re Looking For
- Trade Qualified – Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic
- Proven Leadership – Confident in coaching, motivating, and empowering a team
- Experienced – Minimum 5 years in service roles with strong technical expertise
- Resilient & Organised – Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Customer Focused – Excellent communication and commitment to exceeding expectations
