Offering permanent full-time, part-time, and casual positions, this role provides successful candidates with flexible scheduling designed to support a genuine work-life balance. The successful applicants will play a pivotal role across both the main private hospital facility and its dedicated day surgery center, providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing day-only procedures, overnight admissions, and complex multi-night surgical stays. Working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within a modern 14-theatre health hub, nurses will guide patients through every stage of their surgical journey—from initial admission and preoperative preparation to post-recovery care and discharge. Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality patient care. Previous experience in a surgical admission or discharge setting is highly regarded, though ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities are actively provided.
