Communication & Events Coordinator

Joining our Communications, PR & Events team, you will gain hands-on experience across brand activations, customer events, internal and external communications, public relations and community partnerships.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications & PR, you will support the delivery of communications, events and community initiatives that strengthen engagement with our customers, team members, partners and communities.

You will:

• Assist with the development of engaging internal and external communications across multiple channels
• Support PR activity, media materials, campaign coordination and administration
• Coordinate corporate and customer events, including brand activations, launches and special experiences
• Support community partnership programs, fundraising initiatives and volunteering activities
• Manage event logistics, supplier communications, guest lists and stakeholder engagement
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, documentation and reporting
• Support post-event and campaign evaluation to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with teams across the business, external agencies, suppliers and brand partners to deliver exceptional outcomes

What you’ll bring

You are a proactive and adaptable coordinator who enjoys variety, builds strong relationships and knows how to keep multiple moving parts on track.

• Experience in communications, events, marketing, public relations, community engagement or a related field
• Exceptional organisation and project coordination skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
