- Lead the strategic and day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality OSHC services across multiple sites.
- Ensure child safety, wellbeing, inclusion and regulatory compliance always.
- Provide educational leadership aligned with My Time, Our Place and quality improvement expectations.
- Recruit, develop and support capable, high‑performing educators and leadership teams.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and psychologically safe workplace culture.
- Oversee staffing, enrolments, resources and budgets to ensure sustainable service delivery.
- Build strong partnerships with families, schools, community stakeholders and regulators.
- Contribute to organisational strategy, continuous improvement and service growth.
