Fitzys Loganholme is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team on a permanent full-time basis.
Located in Loganholme, Queensland, Fitzys is a vibrant local favourite, offering great food, refreshing drinks, live sport, gaming and genuine hospitality. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day venue operations across food, beverage and gaming.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards.
- Coaching, developing and motivating front-of-house team members.
- Opening and closing the venue while ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Supporting labour management, venue presentation and operational compliance.
- Managing cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and venue reporting.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational success.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to building a long-term career.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with the ability to lead busy service periods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions under pressure.
- Effective labour management and rostering experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Current QLD RSA & RSG certificates (RMLV highly regarded or willingness to obtain).
