Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking multiple experienced MC Road Train Operators for long-term permanent opportunities with a reputable and well-established mining services contractor for heavy haulage, crushing and screening. 

These roles are FIFO from all major capital cities across Australia, with flights covered by the company, giving experienced drivers the chance to secure long-term work across established gold operations in WA and the NT.

FIFO 2:1 Roster | 1 Week Days / 1 Week Nights
Permanent Full-Time Opportunities
$51.04/hr (Inclusive $5.00/hr Site Bonus) + Super on ALL Hours
FIFO Flights Available from Capital Cities Across Australia

The Role: 
Working on a 2:1 roster (1 week days / 1 week nights), you’ll operate Triple and Quad Road Trains across on-road and off-road haulage routes, including self-loading where required. Camp accommodation and meals are provided, with access to a modern, well-maintained fleet including: 

  • Kenworth and Mack trucks
  • 18-speed Road Rangers and automatic trucks
  • Triple and Quad Side Tippers
  • CAT & Komatsu Front-End Loaders (self-loading, not needed for NT positions) 

Requirements: To be considered, you will need:

  • A current and valid Australian MC Driver’s Licence (Road Ranger preferred)
  • Proven experience operating Triple and/or Quad Road Trains
  • Experience with side-tipper combinations
  • Previous on-road and off-road haulage experience
  •  Front-end loader/self-loading experience (for WA positions)
  • A current Commercial Driver Fatigue Management Certificate within 2 years (or willingness to obtain) 
  • National Police Clearance
  • Ability to successfully complete a full pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
  • Be living within Australia and able to fly from a major Australian capital city, (WA and NT residents preferred)
