Essential Requirements:
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in Residential Aged Care as an RN
- Proficient with electronic systems
- Must be able to work 76 hours per fortnight
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including morning, afternoon and night shift
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse (essential)
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team in an aged care setting
- Knowledge of contemporary issues in the aged care sector and relevant accreditation standards
- Ability to provide leadership, delegate effectively, and contribute to positive care outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound problem-solving and organisational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Genuine empathy that shines through your care
- A true team player who thrives on collaboration
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)
- National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
