Fashion Manager - Canberra Civic
Join a women’s fashion brand where great service is personal, styling is genuine and customers are made to feel welcome. Leading the Canberra Centre flagship, you’ll manage a small, engaged team and take ownership of the day-to-day store, from sales and service to stock, visual merchandising and creating a store people enjoy visiting.
You’re an experienced retail leader who enjoys being on the floor with your team and customers. You’ll bring a genuine interest in women’s fashion, a natural feel for styling and the confidence to connect with customers of all ages. Approachable and organised, you can balance people, sales, stock and store standards without losing the personal touch.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, support and motivate a small yet high performing team
- Deliver genuine customer service and thoughtful styling advice
- Drive sales and take ownership of day-to-day store performance
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage stock, all KPI's and daily store operations confidently
Successful applicants will have:
- Retail management experience, ideally in fashion
- A genuine interest in customers and personal styling
- A warm, confident approach with customers of all ages
- Strong people leadership and team management skills
- Confidence across POS, stock management and visual merchandising
In return, you will receive:
- Fixed full time roster - min. $65k + S depending on experience
- Tuesday to Saturday roster (Sundays and Mondays are yours!)
- Autonomous work environment in Canberra Centre flagship store
