If you’re a confident retail leader with a strong sense of style and a genuine passion for fashion, this is an opportunity to take the reins of a brand-new Bondi Beach store launching this November.
We’re looking for someone with presence, personality and a genuine eye for fashion and styling, someone who can lead a team, connect with customers and create an experience that feels as strong as the product.
This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. You’ll be on the floor, setting the energy, driving sales, styling customers and building a team culture from the ground up.

- Strong leadership presence and naturally commands a room
- Confident, polished and highly personable
- Loves fashion, styling and creating complete looks
- Understands how to sell an outfit, not just a product
- Commercially driven and motivated by results
- Can coach, develop and inspire a team
- Hands-on and enjoys being on the shop floor
- Confident representing the brand and building strong local relationships
You don’t necessarily need years of Store Manager experience. If you’re a strong 2IC, 3IC or Assistant Manager who is ready to step up and has the confidence, fashion knowledge and leadership ability to make it happen, we want to hear from you.
WHAT’S ON OFFER
- $72K–$85K + Super, depending on experience
- Weekly store commission when the weekly target is achieved
- Annual performance bonus when the store achieves its yearly budget
- Quarterly clothing allowance
- 50% staff + Friends & Family discount
- Tuesday–Saturday | 38 hours
- Brand-new Bondi Beach store
- Lead the store through the exciting summer season
