Store Manager - Warringah Mall

• $70K + super with no late-night trading

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a brand-new store opening at Warringah Mall this side of Christmas!
This is a great opportunity for a strong retail leader who enjoys building a team, setting the standard and creating a high-performing store from day one.

About the role

• Lead the new Warringah Mall store
• Build and develop a team of part-time and casual team members
• Recruit and create your team ahead of opening
• Drive sales, KPIs and customer experience
• Set the culture and standards from day one
• Work closely with the wider leadership team
• FULL pre-opening training will be provided

We’re looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Store Manager who:

• Has proven Store Manager experience
• Is confident recruiting and developing a team
• Knows how to drive sales and KPIs
• Leads from the front and sets high standards
• Creates a positive and energetic store culture
• Is customer focused and commercially minded
• Enjoys the challenge of opening and building a new store

The store will be a multi-brand retail environment, so we're open to candidates from a range of retail backgrounds!
The package
$80K–$90K + Super
Tuesday–Saturday roster
Mid-November store opening
Pre-opening training provided
