Senior Residential Care Officer

Our client is looking for a senior residential care officer. To be suitable for this role, you will need to be experienced, skilled and qualified for the required position.
This role will require the following essential skills:
- Client training needs and support assessments programs including the planning and development of educational training and support programs
- Identify the nature and extent of each client's difficulties
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of clients
- Referrals to support agencies to provide additional help
- Assessment of resources required (for health, welfare, housing and other facilities and services).
- Liaising with community groups, welfare agencies, government bodies and private business about community issues and promoting awareness of community resources and services.
- Supporting families and providing educational care for children
- Supervision and helping young people address social, emotional and financial problems
- Preparation of submission for funding and resources and reporting as necessary
Required:
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma OR At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
Salary Range of $95,000-$110,000 + superannuation
