About the role
As an Exercise Physiologist, you’ll assess, plan and deliver individualised, evidence-based exercise and rehabilitation programs designed around each client’s goals, abilities and circumstances.
Your work may include:
- Conducting exercise and functional assessments
- Developing tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Delivering individual exercise interventions in community and home settings
- Supporting mobility, independence, physical performance and wellbeing
- Providing education and guidance to clients, families and carers
- Working collaboratively with other health professionals and care teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and client records
- Contributing to service improvement and positive client outcomes

We’re looking for a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our Health & Wellness Team in a part-time role of 60 hours per fortnight, supporting clients through personalised exercise, rehabilitation and physical activity programs.
You’ll work across a variety of environments, including community and in-home settings, helping older people maintain their independence, improve their physical wellbeing and continue doing the things that matter to them.

About you
You’re a qualified and registered Exercise Physiologist who enjoys working with people
You’ll bring:
- A formal qualification in Exercise Physiology
- Current professional registration
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- The confidence to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- A client-centred approach and genuine commitment to wellbeing
- The ability to travel confidently throughout the Logan and Gold Coast areas
- A current driver's licence and confidence driving between community locations
- A willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Experience in aged care is desirable, but not essential.
