If you enjoy working autonomously while being backed by a supportive multidisciplinary team, this community aged care role offers the opportunity to help older Australians live independently at home with manageable travel and flexible scheduling.

With strong referral demand and continued growth, they are looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working autonomously while remaining connected to experienced clinicians. Clinical support is readily available through regular supervision, joint visits and a genuinely collaborative culture.

About the role

This is a community-based Occupational Therapist position supporting older adults in their own homes through a restorative, person-centred model of care.

Your role will include:

  • Community-based home visits in a limited radius around your home
  • Complete any admin and report writing from home
  • Predominantly working with Support At Home elderly clients also with some NDIS and privately funded clients if desired
  • Supporting older adults to maximise independence, function and quality of life
  • Opportunity to develop areas of clinical interest as referral demand grows
  • High level of autonomy with flexibility to structure your day around your workload
  • Regular multidisciplinary collaboration through joint visits and case discussions
  • Permanent full-time or part-time opportunities available

About You

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle

Salary & Benefits
