✨✨Permanent Position
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary education setting supporting young people who require additional support to successfully engage with their learning.
This is a permanent, five-day-per-week position working during school terms only, commencing Term 4, 2026.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individual and small-group assistance, helping students build confidence, remain engaged in their education and achieve positive learning outcomes.

✨About You
- Previous experience working with young people with additional or complex learning needs is essential
- Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Education Support is highly desirable
- Experience within a school, youth, disability or specialist education environment highly regarded
- Patient, resilient and able to build rapport with young peopleConfident supporting students who may have experienced challenges within mainstream education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for helping young people achieve positive outcomes
- Current Working With Children Check and relevant eligibility to work within a NSW school environment
