This opportunity offers flexibility for practitioners seeking a part-time or contract governance and oversight role, supporting clinics across our Queensland network through clinical auditing, compliance oversight and guidance on operating standards. For those looking for additional clinical hours, we can also offer opportunities to combine this role with hands-on aesthetics treatments as a Cosmetic Registered Nurse (CRN) within our clinics.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Support ongoing adherence to clinical governance frameworks, policies and operating standards.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews to help maintain safe, compliant and consistent clinical practices.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to clinic teams where required.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of patient care, documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence across the Queensland network.
- For practitioners undertaking dual responsibilities, deliver cosmetic aesthetic treatments in clinic settings in accordance with training, protocols and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner or Medical Practitioner (Doctor)
- Strong understanding of QLD clinical governance, compliance and quality assurance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best-practice clinical standards.
- Experience in clinical oversight, governance, compliance or quality management.
- Ability to provide practical guidance while fostering a positive and compliant clinical culture.
- Experience working within healthcare, cosmetic, primary care or related clinical environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach to supporting clinical teams.
