What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects Strong knowledge of commercial office projects Experience working within live and occupied environments Carpentry trade background highly regarded Trade qualification preferred Proven ability to lead subcontractors and site teams Experience managing Site Foremen Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery Understanding of site safety and quality management processes
