I work on the Building Construction desk at Consultive, specialising in recruiting contract personnel for Tier 1, 2 & 3 builders. My focus is on placing key site and project delivery roles, including Site Managers, Project Engineers, Project Managers and Contracts Administrators. I take the time to understand each project and team so I can place candidates who make a meaningful impact. My professional background began with a Certificate of Business from the University of Waikato, where I specialised in Marketing, Strategic Management and Digital Business. I later completed a Certificate in Interior Design through Open Polytechnic, which strengthened my creative and problem‑solving skills. Before recruitment, I worked in customer‑focused roles, including as a Customer Experience Consultant at Mercury Energy. This experience shaped my passion for clear communication, relationship building and delivering positive outcomes. Outside of work, I love hiking, travelling and exploring creative hobbies such as painting and photography.
