Opportunity
You will manage your own portfolio of residential builds from commencement through to practical completion and handover.
Day to day, you will coordinate trades and suppliers, manage construction programmes, complete site inspections, maintain quality standards and ensure each home progresses efficiently through the build.
We are looking for an experienced Residential Building Supervisor / Site Supervisor to manage a portfolio of new home builds from site start through to handover.

As a Residential Building Supervisor, you will require:
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – essential
- Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor / Building Supervisor
- New-build residential construction experience
- Volume, project home or detached housing experience highly regarded
- Experience managing multiple homes at different stages of construction
- Strong trade and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to manage build programmes, quality and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and WHS requirements
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Current Australian driver's licence
