About the Role
Customer Service Officer role with a well established manufacturer of plumbing and water flow products. You'll look after trade and retail customers across Australia and report to the Customer Service Manager. It suits someone who gets real satisfaction from an order going out right the first time. This is a full-time onsite role based in Eagle Farm, with free on-site parking.

What You'll Be Doing
- Entering customer purchase orders the same day
- Sorting out order issues like pricing, quantities and order queries
- Keeping customers updated on backorder ETAs
- Answering calls and emails, and working with sales, planning and warehouse teams to fix problems
- Preparing customer quotes once pricing is approved
- Keeping customer and product data up to date in the system
- Handling claims for incorrect or short stock, and helping sales teams with warranty matters
What I'm Looking For
- 2+ years in customer service, sales support or administration
- A real eye for detail. You're the person who spots the wrong number before it goes out
- Good Outlook, Excel and Word skills
- Clear, friendly communication on the phone and by email
- Able to juggle a busy inbox without getting flustered
- SAP, Salesforce, supply chain experience is a bonus
