This role is ideal for someone who understands both business and technology and enjoys working closely with clients to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their goals

• Lead strategy sessions and business reviews

• Coordinate internal teams to deliver seamless service

• Guide clients through onboarding, change, and growth

• Provide consultative advice on technology adoption

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in client/account management within IT or MSP environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to align business needs with technical solutions

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
