About the Group
This group are a well known developer/builder that deliver mixed use apartment and commercial developments and have been in operation for over 30 years. They are about to commence a $35 mil apartment project and are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the project.
About the Role
Reporting to a Construction Manager you will be responsible for the following
- Management of construction program
- Prepare monthly financial cost reports to the Directors.
- Design Management and consultant management.
- Management of project team consisting of site staff and contract administrator and project coordinator.
- Oversee contract management of sub-contractors and suppliers
About You
You will ideally have delivered a new build commercial/apartment project as a Project Manager. You must have strong written and communication skills and have strong leadership skills to be able to manage a project delivery team.
