The business provides window and building cleaning, working-at-heights services and commercial kitchen cleaning to clients across the state, and provides comprehensive on-site training to all new team members.
About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Window Cleaner / Working at Heights / Kitchen Cleaner to join our team. Key duties will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining buildings and windows, both inside and out
- Cleaning and sanitising commercial kitchens, including equipment and surfaces
- Working day shift (exterior commercial window and building cleaning) or night shift (interior commercial kitchen cleaning, primarily in restaurants and hospitality venues) - these are genuinely different types of work, and flexibility to work either based on business needs is valued
- Performing tasks on rooftops and at height, using a current Working at Heights ticket
- Adhering to the company's safety and quality standards while completing all tasks
- Liaising with clients on-site to understand and deliver on their cleaning and maintenance requirements
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked work vehicle
- Travelling to service client sites across NSW and interstate, including regional and interstate travel of approximately 14 to 15 weeks per year
