Allstar Blue are currently recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor who has extensive Belt Splicing experience to join one of Australia's Leading Conveyor Belt Companies.
The Role will consist of managing and developing our Clients WA Field Service team based in their Kwinana Workshop. This role will involve the following: *Manage, Lead and Mentor the WA Field Service Team, which consists of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 Belt Splicers. *Conduct performance appraisals and identify future supervisors/leaders and mentors. *Coordinate and run Safety / Toolbox meetings. *Ensure all Belt Splicing equipment is compliant for site. *Ensure all Electronic equipment is tested and tagged. Key Requirements: *Extensive Belt Splicing and Supervisory background within a workshop / mining environment. *Ability to Manage and Lead and team of Belt Splicers. *Ability to Communicate effectively across all levels. *Strong People and Performance Management skills.
