  • A position is available for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist—either an experienced practitioner or a motivated new graduate—to join a supportive, multidisciplinary allied health team based in regional New South Wales. Operating within a modern, client-centered practice environment, the clinic features up-to-date IT equipment, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated fleet of vehicles to facilitate local and outreach service provision. The daily work dynamic is backed by robust administrative support, nursing coordination, and streamlined Chronic Disease Management (CDM) billing systems, allowing clinicians to focus primarily on delivering quality care.

The incoming therapist will enjoy a diverse paediatric caseload targeting sensory processing, school readiness, self-care, social skills, equipment prescription, and community participation. Working alongside a collaborative team of therapists, educators, and external providers, the clinician benefits from high clinical autonomy in designing interventions while maintaining strong peer backing. Excellent special interest opportunities exist to develop and deliver community workshops, engage in regional outreach, and lead specialized therapeutic programs. Experienced candidates will also find tailored pathways to act as supervisors and mentors to junior staff.

Continuous professional development is highly prioritized, with generous financial and leave support for external training, structured in-house clinical education, and regular discipline-specific supervision. The practice supports a healthy work-life balance through flexible working arrangements, paid parental leave, additional paid holiday leave at Christmas, and structured pay progression ranging from $80,905 to $98,299 plus 12% superannuation. Additional financial advantages include salary packaging options with fringe benefits tax (FBT) exemptions up to $15,000 tax-free.

Set in a vibrant, family-friendly regional hub, the role offers distinct lifestyle benefits including shorter commutes, affordable living, and a active team culture highlighted by quarterly social events, biannual wellbeing afternoons, and traditional team celebrations. Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration, a recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy, a valid driver's license, a Working with Children Check, and NDIS worker clearance.

Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume and cover letter addressing the selection criteria.
