About Our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of total waste management, industrial services and environmental solutions, delivering essential services to businesses and communities across Australia.
What you will be doing:
- Operate HR vacuum trucks and associated equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Collect, load and unload liquid hazardous and non-hazardous waste including hydrocarbons, industrial wastewater and groundwater.
- Perform manual handling tasks including dragging and pulling hoses, lifting lids with mechanical lifting devices, cleaning traps, scraping and hosing.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections, maintenance checks and safety documentation
What you will need:
- Current HR Driver Licence.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to perform physically demanding manual handling tasks.
- Ability to work independently and follow operational procedures.
- Previous vacuum truck experience highly regarded but not essential.
- Availability to work weekends when required.
