Green Light Australia are partnering up with a leading company to engage a Test Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and obtain sign-off for Test Strategies aligned to project objectives and quality standards.
- Create, manage, and secure approval for Test Plans and Test Summary Reports.
- Lead and coordinate all testing activities across the project lifecycle.
- Manage, mentor, onboard, and support testing team members to build capability and drive performance.
- Conduct test planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and participate in hands-on test execution, including SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
- Monitor testing progress and ensure delivery milestones and project deadlines are achieved.
- Identify, manage, and escalate testing risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
- Lead defect management and facilitate regular defect triage sessions with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and stakeholders.
- Produce and communicate regular test status reports, including test progress, defect metrics, risks, and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, promoting quality practices and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working in a similar role as Test Manager for large complex environments
- Proven experience with creating test strategies/test plans
- Proven experience with monitoring testing progress and ensuring delivery milestones and project deadlines are achieved
- Proven experience working in agile environments
- Proven experience using Jira, Confluence and ALM
- Experience and understanding of Postman on APIs for integration projects
- Experience and understanding with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong stakeholder management skills
