Warehouse Supervisor / 2IC
- Manage day-to-day warehouse tasks and staff rostering.
- Lead and delegate to a small team while supporting junior staff.

SMAART Recruitment are proud to partner with a local South Australian business and success story who are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / 2IC.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the team through an exciting period of growth and system transition. This is a high-volume warehouse dealing with thousands of unique products, so it's a step up in complexity from your average pick-and-pack environment.
What's on offer?
- $70,000 - $80,000 + Super
- Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4pm or 8.00am - 4.30pm
- OT offered during peak periods

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day warehouse tasks, staff rostering, and daily operations
- Leading and delegating to a small team including permanent and casual/floating staff
- Supporting junior staff with training and adhoc guidance
- Managing freight and returns processes
- Helping shape and refine warehouse processes as the business embraces its new systems
- Daily hands-on warehouse operations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally with complex or high-value stock
- Some leadership or supervisory experience
- Confident delegating and guiding a team, while still happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- Strong computer literacy
- Good attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30kg
- Current valid forklift licence
