Warehouse Supervisors – Wacol and Larapinta – $70 – $80K + Super
- Lead and mentor a warehouse team of 10-15 staff.
- Oversee operations including receivals, inventory, picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained.
Job Connect is currently seeking two exciting Warehouse Leadership positions in Brisbane’s West. Both roles suit experienced, hands-on leaders who can run a team and keep operations moving but also have space to fit an aspiring 2IC applicants to step up to Supervision. You will run a small team and co-ordinate receivals, inventory, picking, dispatch and freight as well as ensure safety is managed and observed by all members of the team.
Role 1: Warehouse Team Leader
Wacol | Building Supplies
- Full time permanent role
- $80,000 + Super
- Lead a team of 10–15 people
- Oversee goods inwards, put-away, inventory and dispatch
- Flexible start: 5:00am or 7:30am
- Saturday overtime available
- Supportive manager and free on-site parking
- Forklift experience (Counterbalance & High Reach) and WMS knowledge required (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Medical with Drug urine screen required
Role 2: Warehouse Supervisor – Permanent
Larapinta | National Fastener Company
- Full-time permanent position
- $70K – $80K + Super depending on experience
- Lead, mentor and plan daily warehouse work for roughly 10 – 15 staff.
- Start time: 6:00am
- LF Forklift and LO Order Picker licences required (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid certificate preferred
- Strong company culture with mentoring and training
- Free on-site parking
- Police Check required
You’ll suit these roles if you:
- Have proven experience leading warehouse teams
- Have an LF and/or LO licence with experience – High Reach is highly regarded
- Able to lead from the front and carry out moderate manual handling
- Are practiced in allocating staff, planning with your team and running toolbox talks
- Understand receiving, stock control and dispatch
- Communicate clearly and maintain safety across the team
- Are reliable and ready to step up
- Have good exposure and familiarity with WMS programs such as Pronto or Dynamics etc
