Nolan House is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our dynamic inpatient mental health team. Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive mental health and physical assessments
- Monitoring responses to psychotropic medications and other therapeutic interventions
- Engaging therapeutically with consumers and providing psychoeducation to both consumers and their families
- Contributing to a safe, least restrictive, and trauma-informed environment
- Delivering nursing care aligned with best practice and organisational policies
- Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding clinical governance standards
Selection Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in mental health Nursing
- Postgraduate Diploma, or Masters in Mental Health Nursing (highly desirable but not essential)
