The Client
Our client is a commercial property investment and advisory firm that helps investors acquire commercial real estate as a long-term wealth-building strategy. They provide strategic advice, source investment opportunities, and manage the full acquisition process.
The Position
This is a consultative role where you'll act exclusively in your clients' best interests, providing strategic advice and helping them build long-term wealth through commercial property investment whilst working in conjunction with other divisions within the business to provide investors with a full cycle service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' investment goals, risk profile and acquisition criteria.
- Source and assess on-market and off-market commercial investment opportunities.
- Analyse commercial assets, including leases, tenant covenants, cash flow, yields, capital growth potential and market trends.
- Prepare investment recommendations supported by financial and market analysis.
- Negotiate purchase terms and contracts on behalf of buyers.
- Coordinate due diligence, including finance, valuation and building inspections.
- Manage transactions from initial engagement through to settlement.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial real estate agents, developers, owners and industry professionals.
- Monitor market activity to identify emerging investment opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the acquisition journey.
The Criteria
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial Real Estate Sales
- Commercial Property Acquisitions
- Buyer's Advocacy
- Property Investment
You'll also demonstrate:
- Strong understanding of commercial property investment principles.
- Ability to interpret leases, financial statements, yields and investment metrics.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative approach (whilst being a hunter & gatherer) with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their investment goals.
