We're seeking a proactive and friendly individual to join our Estimating team in our Port Melbourne Office!

The Opportunity
$32.04 - $33.42 p/hr (experience based) + Super & Benefits!
Full Time - Mon - Fri: 38 hours per week
This position will see you working closely with both the administration and installation teams.
Working in the Residential Estimating team, you will be focusing on estimations for large scale residential and commercial developments
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Completing estimations accurately using estimation software
- Working closely with clients and suppliers
- Building close relationships with customers resulting in repeat transactions
- Referring to spreadsheets to complete estimations accurately
- Raising orders/quotes for supply and installation
- Completing client amendments/variations
- Following up amendments within the time frames allocated
- Assisting in colour selections as per operational requirements
About You
- Proven ability to adapt to a computer-based program
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pro-active approach to administrative duties
- High computer literacy skills
- Self-motivated and a quick learner
- Design/estimator experience is an advantage!
