Vehicle Inspector/Operations Officer - Acacia Ridge

ABOUT THE ROLE
Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No experience required
Have a passion for cars? Join our Operations Team at Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110! Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:00am–5:00pm). No extensive experience needed—just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in vehicles.
What you’ll learn and do:
- Record assets – record details, note damage, photograph, and upload within set timeframes.
- Deliver great service – handle stock accurately and support smooth buyer handovers.
- Support the team – help out where needed.
- Collaborate across departments – keep branch operations running smoothly.
- Follow WHS rules – keep safety top priority.
- Operate forklift when needed – help move stock safely and efficiently.
- Keep the yard operating – assist with yard duties as required.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Passion for cars, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
- Current & valid drivers' license
- Attention to detail
- Be comfortable working outdoors
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
