About Alcyon Hair & Beauty
Established for over 12 years, Alcyon Hair & Beauty is a luxury boutique hair haven with a close-knit team of three Hairdressers.
We offer all aspects of hairdressing, including precision cutting, foils, colour, blonde specialists, styling and weft, bond and tape hair extensions.

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Hairdresser or Newly Qualified Hairdresser to join our team.
Whether you’re an experienced Senior looking for a salon where your skills are appreciated, or a newly Qualified Hairdresser ready to continue developing your career, we’d love to hear from you.
Hours
Casual position – minimum 20 hours per week.
- Were open Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9am–9pm.
- Friday: 9am–5pm and Saturdays, 9am–12pm.
- Flexible scheduling within these hours – let’s find a roster that works for you.
- Guaranteed hours every week.
- Occasional Saturday’s off.
Pay & Rewards
- $35–$45 per hour for experienced and confident Hairdresser.
- Newly Qualified Hairdressers from $30 per hour.
- Pay rates reviewed regularly as you grow and develop with us.
- Generous and achievable bonuses and commissions.
