KEY POINTS WE FOUND
  • Drive operational revenue model as a Revenue Operations Specialist.
  • Own HubSpot configuration and reporting across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on target-setting and commission structures.

Decidr AI Industries (ASX: DAI) is an agentic transformation group building the infrastructure for organisations to evolve into AI-native enterprises.

Within the DAI ecosystem, our focus centres on two critical pillars:

  • Sugarwork: Turns what your best people know but never write down into workflows AI can actually run.

  • DecidrOS: The operating system that will allow AI agents to run those workflows end to end.

Together, these platforms allow leadership teams to fundamentally reimagine work - embedding agents directly into the operating rhythms that drive business outcomes.

As part of the DAI team, you will operate at the intersection of agility and scale, leveraging the ambition of an ASX-listed entity to drive industry-defining impact.

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations Specialist to drive our operational revenue model.

This is an execution-focused role where you will act as the technical engine behind HubSpot, bridging the gap between Finance and Commercial teams

All team members at Decidr work on-site in the CBD office 4 days a week.

In this role, you will:

  • Own HubSpot configuration, governance and reporting across the revenue lifecycle.

  • Own pipeline hygiene and embed a sales qualification methodology into CRM stage gates.

  • Partner across commercial teams to manage target-setting, quota design, territory planning, and commission structures, providing the numeric and financial grounding needed to ensure alignment.

  • Track and report on unit economics (CAC, NRR, LTV:CAC).

  • Turn pipeline and usage data into clean inputs for Finance’s forecasting process.

You’ll succeed if you:

  • You have 3+ years in RevOps/SalesOps with deep, hands-on ownership of a HubSpot CRM platform—specifically, you have built workflows from scratch

  • You possess a strong numeric and finance grounding (ideal profile: Commercial Manager with an FP&A background or a Finance BP with direct sales team exposure). You are comfortable challenging sales leadership on quota development and commercial inputs

  • You write clearly and don’t need hand-holding to get from a messy pipeline to a clean report

  • You move fast, build under pressure, and don’t need permission to take initiative

What’s in it for you

You’ll get a direct line to the CFO and genuine end-to-end ownership of Revenue Operations from day one.

Backed by DAI, you’ll gain exposure beyond a single entity, working across a group that combines the agility of a scaling platform with the structure and ambition of an ASX-listed company.

We also offer a meaningful stake in our future through our Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP), granting performance shares that vest over three years. This equity opportunity allows you to share in the long-term value created as we scale.

Our hiring process focuses on how you think and approach problems, not just your CV.
