Looking for ongoing manufacturing work with full training and the opportunity to build your skills?

We’re looking for reliable Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing team in South Windsor.

💰 What's on Offer?

• Monday–Friday – NO REGULAR WEEKENDS

• ☀️ Day Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm

• 🌙 Afternoon Shift: 2:15pm–10:45pm

• 🔄 Weekly rotating shifts

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Operating production and manufacturing machinery

• Assembling products and components

• Monitoring production processes

• Completing quality checks

• Working towards production targets

• Following SOPs and safety procedures

• Manual handling and repetitive production tasks

• Keeping your work area clean and organised

👷 What We're Looking For

✔ Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
✔ Comfortable working with machinery and equipment
✔ Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
✔ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
✔ Physically comfortable with standing and repetitive work
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Reliable transport – essential due to limited public transport
✔ Full, unrestricted Australian working rights

⭐ Mechanical aptitude and previous machine operating experience are highly regarded.

📚 Full Training Provided

You don't need to know everything from day one. Full training will be provided on the machinery, processes and systems.

We're looking for people who are reliable, switched-on and keen to learn.
