If your experience is exclusively within an architectural practice, consultancy or design studio, without builder / main contractor experience, you will not be suitable for this position and cannot be shortlisted.
Previous new home builder experience + strong ArchiCAD working drawing experience are essential.
The Opportunity
Looking for greater flexibility in your drafting career? Our client is a well-established custom home builder based in Mt Lawley, delivering high-end single and double-storey homes across Perth.
They’re genuinely open to part-time or full-time for the right person. This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential Draftsperson looking for greater flexibility while remaining part of an established builder.
For a part-time role, it would be fully office-based, minimum 3 days per week, working alongside a Draftsperson and the wider construction team.
The Role
- Design bespoke custom homes based on client briefs
- Produce concept plans and full working drawings in ArchiCAD
- Work through the design and build process with the construction team
- Mentor and support the existing Draftsperson

- Previous experience with a new/custom home builder – essential
