We’re looking for a Strategic Integration Consultant to join our growing team, with the opportunity to be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. 

The purpose of this job is...

You’ll play an important role in supporting Bupa’s integration agenda, working across the Integration Management Office (IMO) and key workstreams within Primary Care and Corporate Wellbeing.

You’ll work across both strategic and operational priorities, leading projects, solving complex problems and helping turn integration plans into practical outcomes. This role will suit someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to drive work forward while also engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing integration and transformation projects with a high degree of independence
• Supporting the IMO and integration workstreams across Primary Care and Corporate Wellbeing
• Translating strategic priorities into clear project plans, recommendations and deliverables
• Developing high-quality presentations, slides and materials for senior stakeholders
• Working through ambiguity and bringing structure to complex or evolving pieces of work
• Moving comfortably between strategic thinking, project delivery and operational detail
• Building trusted relationships and communicating confidently with senior stakeholders
• Identifying issues, dependencies and opportunities across integration activity and helping drive them through to resolution

What you’ll need to make it possible

You’ll bring a strong consulting skill set, ideally developed within strategy, transformation, integration or a similar environment. This could be a great next move for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager looking to bring their consulting experience into a large and evolving healthcare organisation.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience independently leading projects from planning through to delivery
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
• Confidence working in ambiguous and changing environments
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• The ability to develop clear, compelling executive-level presentations
• Confidence influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders
• The versatility to move between big-picture thinking and detailed delivery
