We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established and high-performing food manufacturing team. The Role

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of electrical maintenance duties, including:

• Preventative and reactive maintenance of plant machinery
• Electrical fault finding, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
• Ensuring plant and equipment operate efficiently and safely
• Supporting production teams with technical expertise
• Driving continuous improvement and process efficiency
• Promoting safety, quality, and compliance across all work

What You’ll Need

• Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in maintenance roles within manufacturing
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CMMS systems (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems)
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your role
• Forklift licence (advantageous, but not essential)
