We’re currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Brightwater Madeley.
This is a permanent part-time position for the right candidate to work Night Shift:
To be considered the successful candidate must commit to working Night Shift on of both weeks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10.15pm to 7:15am.
Located in Madeley, our site is a 110-bed facility with dementia specific care and non-dementia specific care.
The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care by:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care
- Working closely with clients and teams to achieve the best outcomes
- Supporting care aligned with individualised care plans
- Promoting choice, independence, and quality of life
About You
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, empathetic leadership style
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
To be successful, you will have:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The confidence to lead shifts while mentoring and supporting team members
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
- A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
