Senior Solutions Consultant
- Design and shape complex technology solutions for enterprise and government customers.

Join Vocus as a Senior Solution Consultant and play a key role in designing and shaping complex technology solutions for enterprise, government and strategic customers across Western Australia and the broader region.
Working closely with Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Sales Leaders, you will lead customer engagements, shape strategic opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
This role is ideal for an experienced pre-sales professional who combines deep technical expertise across enterprise networking, SD-WAN, SASE and enterprise voice, with strong customer engagement, commercial awareness and solution leadership capabilities.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
- Lead the design and architecture of complex customer solutions across networking, security, cloud and communications platforms
- Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, shape customer requirements and develop winning technical strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives, technology leaders and key stakeholders
- Develop compelling solution proposals, business cases, presentations and tender responses
- Lead strategic opportunities involving SD-WAN, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), enterprise voice, collaboration and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the Solution Consulting team
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
- Contribute to revenue growth, customer retention and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring to this role
- 7+ years' experience in Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture or Technical Pre-Sales
- Experience designing and presenting complex multi-service solutions for enterprise or government customers
- Strong understanding of WAN, LAN, Internet, security, UC&C, contact centre and managed services technologies
- Proven ability to engage and influence both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading bids, tenders and large strategic opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance business, technical and customer objectives.
