We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support key programs of work within a large enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute change strategies and plans
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments
• Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and training
• Align change activities with project milestones and business goals
• Facilitate change forums, workshops, and reporting

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in Change Management across enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR/Prosci)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complexity
• Background in business, projects, or related disciplines
