Senior Lawyer: Litigation/Insolvency

About your new employer:

About the role:

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients across various sectors and represent them in hearings, including judicial and arbitrations.
• Lead and manage a range of litigation and insolvency matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts and settlement agreements.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years PQE minimum.
• Proven experience in both contentious litigation and insolvency matters.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage matters independently.
• Demonstrated ability to drive client relationships and business development initiatives.
