The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a premium national commercial contractor seeking a capable Site Supervisor / Junior Site Supervisor to join its Adelaide team and contribute to a secure pipeline of exciting commercial projects.

The Role
As Site Supervisor / Junior Site Supervisor, you will support and coordinate day-to-day site operations across commercial fit-out and new-build projects, helping ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Working closely with the Project Manager and broader project team, you will coordinate trades, monitor progress and help maintain programme, safety and quality expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating site activities across commercial fit-out and new-build projects
- Managing subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site resources
- Supporting construction sequencing, programmes and project milestones
- Maintaining high standards across WHS, quality assurance and compliance
- Working collaboratively with Project Managers, Contract Administrators and consultants
- Monitoring progress, identifying issues and helping implement practical solutions
- Assisting with inspections, defect rectification and project handover
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of site activities while developing your leadership and construction management capabilities. You will be supported by established systems and an experienced project team, with scope to grow your responsibilities as your experience develops.

- An understanding of construction sequencing, programming and subcontractor coordination
- The ability to coordinate trades, manage priorities and maintain site productivity
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to build positive stakeholder relationships
- A practical, organised and solutions-focused approach to site management
- A commitment to safety, quality and workmanship, with a carpentry or similar trade background highly regarded
