Your new role

Our Sports and Programs Duty Supervisors are responsible for the efficient operations of team sports, community programs, and facility bookings at Leisurelife, Responsible for maintaining a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants, while delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. Acting in a professional, impartial and community focused manner, promoting the Centre’s programs, services and values contributing to a positive community experience. This role requires work outside regular business hours (between 5.30am - 11pm) on a rotating roster dependent on demand. This role requires you to act as the building warden and duty manager.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • must be able to work efficiently and unsupervised
  • be able to exercise sound judgment under pressure and work well in a team environment
  • current National Police Clearance
  • current senior first aid certificate

The benefits of working for us

$47.37 per hour (including 25% casual loading), plus superannuation
