Medical Receptionist
- Full-time Medical Receptionist position at Eastwood Private Hospital.
- Manage phone enquiries, greet patients, and handle billing.

About the Role
Attention customer service superstars, Radiology Receptionist job opportunity at Adelaide's newest CBD Hospital. Eastwood Private Hospital located Greenhill Road. This is a full-time (Mon-Fri) position and will also require rotation between our Hutt Street clinic.
We are seeking a people person, with bright personality and great multitasking skills to join the team at Fowler Simmons Radiology. The site is brand new with contemporary workflows and stunning design.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and staying on top of phone enquiries
- Front reception, greeting and billing patients
- Managing online bookings
- Supporting the Hospital in their imaging needs and fostering positive relationships
- Being the friendly and empathetic face of the site
- Enter and register bookings for patients / referrers
- Process paperwork such as invoices, receipts and Medicare claims

Fowler Simmons Radiology consists of our MSK speciality centre on Hutt St Adelaide and, now our second site, Eastwood Private Hospital which will provide a comprehensive service.
