About the role
As an Educator at Goodstart Kenmore – Kersley Road, you'll play a vital role in supporting children, families, and educators throughout the centre.
As a Float Educator, you'll work across multiple age groups, providing flexibility and support wherever needed while helping to maintain high-quality educational programs and meaningful learning experiences.
In this role, you'll:
✨ Support children's learning and development across different rooms
✨ Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
✨ Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences
✨ Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments
✨ Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership to provide high-quality care and education

What you'll bring
✔ Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
✔ Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check
✔ Passion for supporting children's learning and development
✔ Flexibility and enthusiasm for working across different age groups and learning environments
