Journey Early Learning is looking for Casual Educators to support our Lucas and Lucas Rise centres in Ballarat. About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you'll support our centre teams to deliver high-quality Early Childhood Education and Care, helping children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences
• Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
• Contribute to learning environments that reflect children's interests, strengths and individual needs
• Support daily routines, care and educational programs across different age groups
• Work collaboratively with permanent educators and Centre Leadership to maintain quality practice
• Adapt to the needs of each centre while contributing to a consistent, positive experience for children
• Support inclusive environments where every child feels a sense of belonging

About You

We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators who enjoy working as part of a team and are passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

You'll bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete
• A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's wellbeing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to work across different rooms, routines and centre environments
• A positive, adaptable and collaborative approach
• A commitment to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
