Assistant Games & Attractions Manager

Kingpin Bondi is opening in November 2026, and we're looking for an Assistant Games & Attractions Manager to help lead the action. Supporting the Games & Attractions Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining our arcade and attractions, driving team performance and ensuring our Winner's Vault is always stocked, organised and ready to impress.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the day-to-day operation of all games, attractions and redemption areas.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Assist with attraction maintenance, game presentation and operational readiness.
• Support inventory management, merchandising and stock control within the Winner's Vault.
• Monitor performance metrics and help drive revenue and guest satisfaction outcomes.
• Ensure all areas are presented to a high standard and operate safely at all times.
• Act as a leader on shift, supporting operational excellence across the venue.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership or supervisor experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment or leisure.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Passion for entertainment, customer service and operational excellence.
