Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, budgeting and operational finance support. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will help drive financial integrity, support organisational decision-making and contribute to the ongoing improvement of finance systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities

• General ledger and bank reconciliations
• Month-end reporting, journals and accruals
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Audit preparation and compliance reporting
• Financial analysis and reporting for operational leaders
• Finance system administration and process improvement
• Oversight of supplier payments and finance processes
• Supporting and mentoring finance team members

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Previous experience in a senior accounting or finance role
• Strong financial reporting, reconciliation and compliance experience
• Advanced Excel and financial systems capability
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) highly regarded
