$32.12 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Penalties 

• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday

The Position

• Lead and support front-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily service 
• Maintain high presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout the lounge 
• Coordinate food and beverage service, including buffet and beverage station management 
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest enquiries 
• Support, coach and motivate team members to achieve operational goals 
• Assist with opening, closing and shift management responsibilities 

The Person

• Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience 
• Strong communication and team leadership skills 
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence 
• Reliable, professional and adaptable to changing operational demands 
• Ability to work effectively during busy periods and across a variety of shifts 
• Willingness to undergo required airport security and background checks
